Our 60-Minute Energetic Restoration session is a meditative, hands-on (or hands-off) or distance Reiki, experience focused on clearing energetic blockages and promoting harmony.

• Your Comfort is Key: You simply lie down fully clothed on a comfortable table. We respect your personal space and boundaries completely. We will either gently place our hands on or just above specific points on your body—following the energy centers (chakras)—to facilitate the healing flow.

• The Channel: As your Intuitive Guide, we channel the universal life force energy (Reiki) directly into your system. This energy is intelligent; it flows precisely where it is needed most to clear energetic stagnation, reduce inflammation, and promote deep relaxation in the central nervous system.
